Start stop cars need batteries that have quick charge function and have ability to
deal with frequently engine starts.

Environment of start stop cars

Normal cars can supply most eletronic devices by AC generator from engine start to engine off.  

Therefore, the battery is almost in full-charged status.

However, start stop cars would turn off engine by the stops of waiting traffic lights, passengers get in/out, etc, in order to save fuel(energy) cost.

When starting engine from idle to drive, battery would frequently re/discharge in short period.

In conclusion, compared to normal cars, start stop cars have heavier loads on battery, which needs better recharge recovery and durability.
