Working from the basic level in these years, what I experience is that "the market is changing increasingly". The changes in recent years seem to be more than the aggregation of the past years. It is, therefore, necessary for enterprises to recognize the changes of business environment and take measures to respond them in an appropriate manner. I prefer to add the concept of "speed" to encourage all my colleagues and myself that low speed may solve the problems occurring in the past, but it surely cannot create brightness for the future.
